Have been having a fever for the past 3–4 days, but it only comes in the evening around 6–6:30, and it stays under 99.5. I have already done all the tests — CBC, CRP, dengue, malaria, typhoid — and everything is normal. I am feeling tense, what should I do?”

Hello,
Given your symptoms, a more detailed history of the fever is important to identify any associated features that could point toward the underlying cause or the body system involved.
Since the fever has persisted for more than three days and your initial blood tests for common causes of fever are normal, gathering a thorough clinical history will help guide in selecting the most appropriate further investigations.
Next Steps

- Maintain adequate hydration
- Note for any other new symptoms
- For symptomatic relief of the fever you can take
