It depends on the symptoms. If u have neuropathy or other neurological symptoms, neurobion is better. Carbamide forte is better as a multivitamin supplement

You seem to be a Medical Store owner. It is better to consult Mr Google rather than using a preparation which is likely to expire in a short time (that is the mentality of a Medical Store owner).

It is better to do a deworming with Albendazole 800mg tablet to prevent anemia and add vitamin b12 rich foods like fish, meat and eggs, if you are a vegetarian add cereals too. And when this is not sufficient go for vitamin b12 supplements

Just tell me whether you are non vegetarian or vegetarian because dietary habits also impact the B12 levels..and you have any surgery done of stomach or any other issue.
Next Steps
you have told your b12 level is 174 that means it's too low, if you are taking tablets of methylcobalamine 1500, take it once daily for 1 month after that check your b12 levels again.

Your B12 is definitely on the lower side. Both the options you mentioned are used, but there’s a small difference. Neurobion Forte has cyanocobalamin along with B1 and B6, which is fine but usually works better for general nerve health. Methylcobalamin (like in Carbamide Forte) is the active form and is generally absorbed and utilized better by the body. Since you have a straightforward B12 deficiency, I’d prefer you go with methylcobalamin. But remember, just taking tablets may not always be enough sometimes we give injections if the deficiency is significant or if symptoms are present. Further it’s important that we address why your B12 is low in the first place. As of now, you can start methylcobalamin daily, and we’ll recheck your levels in a few weeks. Please consult with me directly so I can guide you better depending on your diet and symptoms
Next Steps
start methylcobalamin daily
Health Tips
we need to make changes in your diet too.
