My lab report says my Vitamin B12 value is 107.0 pg/ml against the Biological reference of 180-640.0 pg/ml. The doctor consultant over phone informed that I should get Neurobion shots (injections) for a week as the my value is quite low. Should I go ahead with this and are there any additional medications or alternative medication to be taken?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can get those shots done and after that you can start tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week to be chewed for 12 weeks.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
