I feel dizziness n many times I have checked my BP it's really high 150/110 I am taking inderal 10 MG regularly. What should I do?

I get tingling and numbness in hand and leg and i do deal with anxiety. I performed whole body blood test which is normal And also done NCV test which came back normal. My question is how can I stopp this tingling and how often should I take anxiety medicine

Which one is more effective???? A single pill with combination of two or more contents??? or each separate pill taken together of the same content as that of single pill contents ???? For eg. one tablet named Preva AS 150 meant for blood thinner in which contents are aspirin 150 and clopidgrel 75 mg so my concern is Preva AS 150 is more efficacious?? or two separate tablets of aspirin 150 and clopidgrel 75 taking together is more efficacious??? I am asking for any medicine in general. Thanks for your understanding & valuable suggestions

From last 2 days, started Friday afternoon fever in the evenings and morning around 100-100.7. Taking dolo, after 5-6 hours of medicine dose fever starts again Body pain from the time it started
