I've been infected with Cold since past 3 days. I feel my throat conjected and nose blocked. I can sense smell but my taste lost. So, just the normal cold tablets work or should i need to go for something else

I'm 34  unmarried.Severe pain and inflammation like in back and alot of pain in  shoulder joints  , fatigue ,head spin symptoms at times Sudden pain in different joints in body like knees hands,having white discharge since 2 years,anaemia,vit d deficiency Low haemoglobin.im also a thalassemia minor. whole body is sore .small joint and muscular  weakness .lot of noise from bones Need your help .will be obliged..plz suggest medicine

I am suffering with pain and not capable to move more and get tired alongwith above symptoms. I am non diabetic, no thyroid,no high tryglyseride but a patient of chronic conspitation. Day by day feeling weak and feel problems in movement and can't climb even one or two stairs.A doctor sir  prescribed me hot water compress but this increases our pain and mobility of foot. Vitamin D I have as per advice. No pain in knees till today except stiffness in feets. I can't digest milk. For last five year I can didn't take alcohol, prior I was regular in consumption of alcohol.

I have gone to a Salon where i went for shave.after shave the barber applied shaver trimmer that removes tiny hair of cheek he continued applying that for 5-7 mins all around my face.the shaver trimmer is not sanitized and i am feeling anxious now can i get hiv infected in this senario pls suggest me Waiting for your reply Thanks

Low haemoglobin 11.1. As per lab min. 12-13 Ferritin 21 - as per lab min. 24 Iron overload. 323. As per lab min 180 No other problem except Gastric problem since long. Please suggest treatment to correct iron load if needed.
