For the past 1 month, I’ve had severe heat intolerance, sweating even in AC, palpitations, muscle cramps in legs, insomnia, and a persistent low-grade fever (around 99°F). In the last few days, symptoms have worsened — I now have extreme dry mouth, I’m sipping water every few minutes, feel dizzy, and my urine has turned brownish. My BP was 143/80, and resting heart rate is 95 bpm. I’m very concerned

I have hidradenitis suppurativa and have had these painful, blister-like lesions in my groin for over 2 weeks. They're not healing and cause burning while urinating. They are bright red and oozing little blood and yellowish fluid. I have gotten this flare up almost 2 years ago. At that time, doctor prescribed 2 weeks of doxycycline tablet and zimba ointment. It healed eventually. Shall I us ethe same medicines again?

I was diagnosed with HB of 17.2 and PCV of 51 back in January this year. As per haematologist's suggestion, tested for EPO and Jak2 Mutation (Full MPN panel) and had one unit of phlebotomy. EPO was 6.3 and MPN panel full negative with no Jak2 or exon 12 mutation. Today, I repeated CBC and it shows Hb of 16.5 and PCV of 56%. Could this be Jak2 negative PV? I am very scared. Please help.

I did test of CBC along with LFT. LFT and CBC is normal mostly. Hemoglobin 11.1. It is less a bit ESR is 73 Two months ago ESR was 35. Could you please suggest what could be? Report screenshot given.

Hi doc, I've been experiencing diarrhoea, stomach pain, nausea, headache, fatigue for two days. Had loperamide but no effect. Had to go to toilet for around 7-8 times yesterday and loose stool. Haven't vomitted yet, but nauseous. Could you please prescribe medicines that'll help cure this quickly?
