Hello,
Alfoo (alfuzosin) is an alpha-blocker used for urinary retention due to prostate enlargement. It is meant to be taken daily as prescribed, not irregularly or twice a week. Taking it like that will not control your symptoms and may cause blood pressure issues.
If you are facing side effects, please don’t self-modify the dose. The correct step is to review with your doctor — alternatives like tamsulosin or silodosin can be considered after evaluating your reports (urine test, ultrasound KUB with prostate size, PSA).
