I know how tough this must be for you. Waking up early, trying everything, and still not being able to clear your stomach before you leave—it’s frustrating and stressful, especially when it affects your college routine. Please don’t be hard on yourself, it’s not your fault. Your body just isn’t syncing with your schedule right now. The good thing is, there are ways to train your system gently and make mornings easier over time. You’re already putting in effort, and with a few small changes, things can definitely get better. You deserve mornings that feel calm and not rushed.
Next Steps
• Regular sleep (don’t keep shifting wake-up time). • At least 2–3 liters water/day. • Daily walking/exercise helps regulate bowels. • Fiber-rich diet: fruits, veggies, whole grains.
Health Tips
You can contact me anytime in practo or directly message me in whatsapp seven three one nine zero six eight eight one three.

I totally get how frustrating this must be for you. it’s not just about the physical discomfort, but the mental stress of missing out on class and feeling rushed every morning. It’s tough when something so personal affects your routine and confidence. But you’re doing your best, and even small adjustments can help make things more manageable. It’s good that you seek for medical opinion..
Next Steps
1. Have a routine - wake up early from bed, Drinking a glass of warm water or tea, Light stretching or walking, Avoid heavy or greasy foods the night before 2. Diet - Take fiber foods like apples, bananas, spinach, oats or whole wheat bread. 3. Hydration - You’re already drinking lemon water, which is great! But Try to drink water regularly, especially in the morning and after meals. 4. Control your stress by doing deep breathing, meditation in the morning 5. Probiotics: yogurt regulate bowel movements and improve digestion
Health Tips
If the issue persists, it might be a good idea to see a Gastroenterologist. Sometimes, more specific underlying issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can affect digestion and bowel movements.
