I am non diabetic and recent health check gave fbs as 103 and hba1c as 5.4. CUE is normal. Cholestrol is 268. Few months ago also rbs was 94. Is this sugar normal? Generally I am dehydrated and was taking b12 supplements from last 1 week and also ate fruits previous day. Please advise

Hello! You need need not to be stressed about it. Your current Random blood sugar levels are normal as weak as your HbA1C is in normal range. The dehydration feeling u r getting may be because of the outside weather for which I would recommend you to consume atleast 3-4 litres of water per day. One thing you need to work upon is physical activity.
