Fbs 103 and hba1c is 5.4
I am non diabetic and recent health check gave fbs as 103 and hba1c as 5.4. CUE is normal. Cholestrol is 268. Few months ago also rbs was 94. Is this sugar normal? Generally I am dehydrated and was taking b12 supplements from last 1 week and also ate fruits previous day. Please advise

Sugar is normal, but cholesterol is high. Avoid fatty sugary food. Take small frequent meals,  with more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits. Repeat lipid profile after 3 months.

Hello! You need need not to be stressed about it. Your current Random blood sugar levels are normal as weak as your HbA1C is in normal range. The dehydration feeling u r getting may be because of the outside weather for which I would recommend you to consume atleast 3-4 litres of water per day. One thing you need to work upon is physical activity. Taking into consideration your borderline cholesterol level, you can start spending sone time in the field in morning / evening as per your convenience. Rest you may consult me anytime for any query.
