As it was a minor scratch hence minimal exposure to possibly contaminated surface, without significant depth, and you had a tetanus toxoid vaccination just 6 months back, right now there is not need to take a shot.
Next Steps
Just follow proper wound washing with soap, water   and follow it by cleaning scratch site with betadine/ Dettol or Savlon.
Health Tips
- For the next 4.5 years, you have immunity against tetanus, following that as a prophylaxis you can have a booster tetanus toxoid immunization.

Hello, Since you have already taken a Tetanus (TT) shot just 6 months ago, you do not need another TT injection for this minor scratch. A TT booster generally provides protection for at least 5 years For your current injury, just clean the wound thoroughly with soap and water, apply an antiseptic, and keep it covered if needed. Watch for signs of infection like redness, swelling, pus, or increased pain.
