I have OCD problem .
I have taken 5 to 6 Tt shot in last 10 years
One before 3 year one before 2 year and one 7 month before .
I don't remember my child time vaccination history.
Today I have a very minor bleeding scratch from my wooden study table .
Can my previous vaccine helps or I have to take another Tt shot .

First calm down, the situation you have mentioned doesn't require a repeat tetanus dosage. Tetanus vaccine covers a person for 5 years. Repeating a dose won't give extra protection, rather may lead to some known/ unknown AEFI associated with the vaccine.
Now coming to your self diagnosis of "OCD".. It's not to be diagnosed like that and if it's causing hinderance in your lifestyle.. Please consult regarding that. Rest assured.. Everything else seems fine.

Always clean wound with antiseptic and cover wound to avoid infection
