I'm 18 year old female , I have been suffering from severe brain fog , upper neck tension , neck stiffness , pressure around the eyes ( feel the need to put pressure on them always , especially when doing some work like studying) , excessive throbbing of arteries around the temple region and the head in general , feeling unusually slow and having difficulty doing normal every tasks like driving, I get adequate sleep every night but still have very sleepy eyes( it's hard to keep them open even for a little while at times ) , caffeine doesn't help any of these symptoms but exercise does , I have consulted more then 5-6 doctors in the past year I have had my blood tested many times , I have no deficiency of any sort , I have even tried getting help from chatgpt and it helped me right this summary down . Any suggestion of any sort would help , as this problem is effecting my everyday life too much .
