Fibroid size is not so big which should be a concern to you.since you being 38years we can just go with symptomatic treatment as of now..USG should be repeated at timely interval say 6 months to see for the size of fibroid.In short you need not worry so much as of now and can contact me regarding your concern

The pelvic pain is because of the fibroids along with ur period. It takes time, continue the medicine which u are taking. Consult gynaecologist if pain persists. Do thyroid panel test for any hormonal imbalance issues. And for nabothian cysts it’s common nothing to do unless it’s uncomfortable for u.

Your 15 days interval of period is due to hormonal imbalance ..Superadded you have fibroid also which causes heavy menstrual bleeding .Pelvic pain will take some time to go and it can be due to period ..Nabothian cysts are completely normal finding

Bulky ovaries means ur ovaries r bigger than  normal size reason can be due to cyst, pcod etc Continue the tablets as given as it wil reduce the bleeding(which is due to fibroids)
