Your 15 days interval of period is due to hormonal imbalance ..Superadded you have fibroid also which causes heavy menstrual bleeding .Pelvic pain will take some time to go and it can be due to period ..Nabothian cysts are completely normal finding
Heavy periods are due to fibroids , continue the treatment given
Do regular follow ups with your gynecologist
Bulky ovaries means the size is more than the Normal, this could be due to pcod, cysts, endometriosis
