Pain just below chest
I have to deal with chest tightness whenever I finish my chest workout and chest pain on the left side . I had my lipid profile and all heart tests done and they are normal. My ggt is a little bit high all the risk matters are normal. I have done my ecg too and that was normal too my form is ok too .. please can anyone tell me .. I did my neck ultrasound too it had water cysts

Please get a TMT done as soon as possible. Exertional chest pain has a high risk for HOCM and other myocardial ischemia that goes unnoticed during rest.If your symptoms are real then pain can't be erratic so get evaluated

Most of the time due to muscle  spasm  as u rule  out  heart condition. Tab flexon Mr two times a day after food for 3 to five days or sos after food. U can apply hot water bag  locally  which remove  muscle spasm.

Please share details of your symptom. What chest workout do you do? Does pain occur everything or sometimes after the work out, what is its severity,  duration,  name of any medicine taken? I can help you to heal, after answers to these questions. For now You can get c.t scan of chest done to assess for any muscular injury. Please share report. For pain- tab flexon m.r one morning and one evening for 5days,  after meals. Avoid lifting or pushing heavy weights. If possible,  keep chest strapped lightly  for few days, while doing any physical activity to help healing of any muscular injury.

Seems like musculoskeletal pain. Have you got an ultrasound abdomen done? GGT is a specific marker for alcohol intake. Any chronic history of alcohol intake? If you have got on ultrasound report kindly share. You will get your reply within an hour and the medication too

Based on your description its looks like musculoskeletal pain Test you may consider if pain persists more than 2wk 1 chest xray 2 CK or troponin 3 serum amylase and lypase

Seems like muscular pain Avoid stearnous exercises especially of upperarms and chest for a few days. Take more of proteins which will help in recovery
