If someone is taking inderal 10 mg twice a day how should they taper off taking 10 mg propanol one time a day or taking 5 mg propanol twice a day

I am 34 yrs active male, I am planning badminton and Gym on daily basis for last 10 yrs. Yesterday I had some tests and report was- LFT Bilirubin T - 1.4, D-0.2, Sgot -62, sgpt -92, random sugar -48, total cholesterol -140, trygleceride -242, LDL-90, HDL-36. Creatinine -0.78, BUN-16, uric acid -5.6 All these tests was done after 5-6 hrs of breakfast. I am occasional beer drinker (once in 15 days) for last 10 yrs. Never had any alcohol other than this. No smoking no tabacco. Last month my HbA1c was 5.4 Plz suggest the best

Yesterday(24hours before) my friend's pet dog gave me scratches and the skin on my stomach got red, later after one hour the redness went away and i didnt see any bleeding or cut visible, but I can feel a little irritation and even now and a slight two little spots(which i am unsure if the dog gave me) My question is do i need to get vaccine in this case and aslo he played with stray dogs just before scratching me, so is there any chance that the virus from stray while playing gets tranferred into me through pet's nail ?

Hi sir/mam I am 32 yrs old lady having diabetes since 3 years under controlled (recent hb1ac 5.7) bp is also control(under 120/80 ,82) Subclinical hypothyroidism since one year taking mild dose 12.5 mg in morning Diabetes medicine Istamet50/500 twice in a day after food Telma 40 for bp in morning And antidepressants bcz of insomnia and negative running thoughts Serta-150mg in morning Petril0.5 mg in morning one tablet Night- 2 tablet of petril in night Yesterday I went to gastroenterologist for this nausea, vomiting feeling,loss of appetite and 7-8 months I have faced 5-6 kgs weight loss without doing anything, all blood reports are normal ultrasound shows mild fatty liver with normal enzymes, ct scan whole abdomen came normal earlier mild Protein leak in urine (uacr 23 three months back now came 10) according to nephrologist it's fine, but she advised me not to have more protein( can take in small portions) and avoid painkillers so I m following her instructions, Please advise

My father was suffering from blood in stool last week for 2-3 days and due to this his Haemoglobin level is reduced,  feelings extreme weakness, shortness of breath while doing day to day activities and his skin and nails look pale. After consulting dr he is taking iron and folic acid supplements along with his regular medication as he has stent in his heart.( Ecosprin is stopped by his dr for sometime).But even after dietary modification and oral supplements his symptoms are not improving.I am attaching his report.
