Hello I have headache since 3 days it comes and go sometime severe and I have neck pain also. When there is headache I feel dizziness that I cannot walk I will faint. What should I do?

I am a 31 year old man with thinner body structure specifically in wrists and forearms. As my 9-5 work involves a lot if travelling most of the time I think body doesn't get enough calories. I have got a small red boil with white tip on my breast. It's been a week..applying fusidic acid cream once a day. But now the nearby area has also gone reddish. I have diabetes. Please suggest  ointment/ medicine/home remedy for this boil.

Around 1 month back accidentally I ingested bits/particles of happydent chewing gum which was giving the sensation of being stuck in my throat. I went to a hospital emergency the next day wherein X ray was unable to find anything & the ENT doctor Inserted a handle with a mirror inside my throat but was unable to see anything. Then after I went to two ENT Specialist doctors who ruled out it as a psychological sensation. I was frustrated by the 3rd week & sensation became somewhat dormant. The last ENT doctor performed a Video Laryngoscopy & found a small bit of white material which he suctioned out. But the sensation was still present, now for the last 3-4 days I am trying to cough & few white particles are frequently coming out of my mouth during the coughing bouts & one of the white bits was covered in black color & Foul smell came from my breath. Am I having some sort of lung infection ?? Kindly suggest mode of action as I have been to 4 doctors & now frustrated! Thank you.

I am 28 year old. I am having loose motion in every 3hr  and in between stomach pain sometimes and vomiting, no fever I have. Please suggest good medicine.

Swelling in whole body, weekness, heaviness in body, i have thyroid from 7 years.i face this problem when ever I travel , even one day also I get this swelling. My weight is not reducing even after so many efforts.

Since 4 days, i have throat irritation, some redness in throat,hoarse voice and dry cough. Cough has started 2 days ago. Body temperature hovering between normal to 99. Is it viral or bacterial infection? Can i take azithromycin 500 ? If yes, for how many days? Or i dont take any medicine and do salt water gargles?

Total bilirubin is 1.3 and tlc is 3.3 and have some digestive issues and iron Level is 182 and I am taking montair lc and omnacortil 10 mg which medicine should take else and test is required for proper checkup and my cold is recovering from montair lc but some cough comes and have digestion problems
