I got a tetanus shot for a minor scratch from a rusty rod in February 2025 , today again I had a minor scratch while lifting the shutter of garage ,do i need the tetanus shot again as I have one 3 months back

I’m a 29-year-old female experiencing intermittent pitting edema in my feet. A comprehensive set of tests was conducted to rule out serious underlying conditions, including liver and kidney function tests (LFT, KFT), complete blood count (CBC), serum glucose, lipid profile, urine routine and protein-creatinine ratio, serum cortisol, and thyroid profile. All results came back normal. Due to the persistent nature of the edema, a 2D echocardiogram was also performed, which was completely normal. The edema was ultimately attributed to prolonged standing. However, I’ve recently started experiencing shortness of breath while walking, which has made me question whether a 2D echo alone is sufficient to rule out heart failure. Is it possible to have heart failure even if both the echocardiogram and color Doppler appear normal?

My friend, 33 Male has been experiencing chronic headache from past 4-5 days. The headache is in the forehead area and is chronic. He has been sleeping for 6-7 hours in the night and 1 hour in the afternoon. He goes for swimming 4 times a week. Could it because of stress. My friend got bitten by a street dog in her shoulder but she didn't took rabies vaccine till 7 th day . I didn't know that she got bitten in the shoulder and I touched her shoulder and immediately put bandage in my shoe bite area. My last rabies vaccine completed on 24 feb and i met my friend on 17 may should i take booster doses . Please tell me and i even give her bandage in her hand and then i applied in my shoe bite area. Sir and Ma'am, Can we take Zolfresh 10 or 5 for chronic insomnia or any other meds. Pls suggest. Tried all techniques and some related meds, nothing worked. Pls guide as only zolfresh helped for a week. Thanks and Regards

I am suffering from allergy. Since last 1 month I have been facing this problem and it happens mainly near to lips region and only once on left side chick. The area mostly becomes itchy and swollen. I had taken medicine twice but allergy comes back. Sometimes without medicine things become normal within 2/3 hours. Please suggest what need to be done.
