Hi doctor, I have taken 15 bandy plus tablets and many antibiotics in 3 months, I am having extreme weakness and anxiety, and diarrhea sometimes I have taken probiotics too but still have weakness and anxiety how many days do this side effects takes to solve and what I do now please help

I am sharing my friend's CBC report as i am worried about his low platelets. He has no symtoms it was routine checkup. PLATELET COUNT: 150 (150-410) MPV 13.3 ( 6.5-12) PDW 21.3 (9.6-15.2) PLCR 52.2 (19.7-42.4) PCT 0.15 (0.19-0.39) RDW CV 14.5 (11.64-14) HB 14.9 (13.0-17.0) His VIT D is 19.1 and VIT B-12 is 280 which are maybe on the lower side. What needs to be done now? I am very scared.

I had done colonoscopy 2024 it shows chronic non specific colitis and infective ileo collits. Doctor gave cizaspa x ,sompraz for last 1 month .is it crohns or uc or ibs.plz reply.

Dr please i have a concern in Feb - March I am taking propanal 20 mg sustained release tablet than after one month i started feeling normal i by myself started taking half of it now it's been six months of using it but get to know that we should not do half of propanal sustained release tablet so should I take normal propanal 10 mg tablet as in 10 mg propanal sustained release tablet not come

Cotton is getting struck deep in belly button. Though maintain hygiene. Tried washing with mild soap, but Cotton is still there. No sign of infection, but in past had infection. Please suggest how I can remove the cotton from belly button. Can hydrogen peroxide be used or any natural way to clean cotton and dirt. Please suggest

On October 20, 2025, I accidentally stepped on a dog, but I was unsure if the dog's nail had scratched me, although I didn't see any injury marks. The next day, I went to the hospital and saw a doctor. The doctor checked briefly and said that no vaccination was necessary for this. One day passed, but I was very worried about the matter, so I went again on the night of the 23rd October. This time, the doctor present did not even ask to see any wound and simply said, 'Get the vaccine,' and advised me to take a Tetanus shot and a four-doses. Therefore, my vaccination process started on October 23rd. I want to know: Will the vaccine still be effective even if it was started slightly later than the 72-hour mark? And another thing I want to know that if there is any side effect for taking the vaccine in this situation ? (Previously, I had taken a full four-dose course for a dog scratch in July 2023, and then two booster doses for a cat scratch in September 2023.)

Hi dr .. Feel dizzy when bend down n get up .. I tried with hydration and also happens after eating.. blood test cbc, hemoglobin are normal.. head movements feel dizzy.. but bend down n get up or sitting n getting up feels more dizzy.. it's from 1 year but not this much slowly slowly increased now .. going through anxiety also .. from 2 months sound irritating.. always feel sad.. but when dizziness's happens feel more anxious.. What is this why it's happening.. n how to cure? Help me.. Dr all the day I feel weak legs pain if I stand long time.. sudden hunger.. feel like I fell down.. when I poop feel weak n sudden hunger like falling down.. cbc hemoglobin are normal.. And also anxious if any health issues comes.. What shall I do dr? Why it is happening.. help me.. have kid responsibility Answer my both queries

Do I start Diabetic and BP Medicine? 2. Will I be able to reverse diabetes and stop Medicine permanently once I start the medicines? 3. View on prescribed medicine I do not want to start medicine for diabeties. I have already started lifestyle changes.
