My Vitamin B12 is 179, It suggests it should be between 222-1439, Kindly suggest medication/supplement

My Random Blood Glucose is 73. Whenever it goes below 80. I feel very sleepy. I can sleep 12-13 hrs a day. My CBC, Thyroid and BP is normal. My doctor advised me to take Glucose. Is 73 blood sugar low?

Just do bed rest and take plenty of fluids. My husband is having mild revolving stomach pain since yesterday. What's the cause of stomach pain? And what if platelets decrease further? Is it serious?
