Flu

Currently I am on 23rd day of Somatic Symptom Disorder Treatment and I took escitalopram 5mg for 2 weeks. Then my doctor increased the dose to Escitalopram 10mg and propranolol 20mg and I have taken 9 tablets of both these medicines along with it I have been taking etizolam 0.25mg for 3 weeks every night. Most of my symptoms are gone and minimum sign of anxiety is there. I feel good now but I am noticing that I feel dizziness and feeling of fainting or falling when I walk. I check my BP each time and it range btw 125/80 to 135/80 throughtout day its contant between this range. I am regularly hydrated , I am taking proper diet but still only this dizziness and feeling of falling and fainting is still there, though I don't fall but still it remains in my head. Due to this I am not able to walk and exercise. What should I do?

Received all Non- reactive results by checking the CMIA HIV test at 22nd day , 84th day and 152nd after that exposer , Is it 100% conclusive or still retesting is needed after 6 months ?

I'm 22, could it just be a bacterial infection or hiv? This is very painful. Also last month, I had fever, fatigue, mouth, ulcers. I don't really eat well. So could this be just a normal bacterial infection, lymph node infection or something more serious?
