Hello doctor, I have been taking Pores D3 60000 IU tablets once a week. I have already taken 4 doses, but I forgot to take my recent weekly tablet. Can I take the missed dose on another day, or should I wait until the next scheduled week?

Hey good evening doctors, For the past day, I’ve been feeling a vibrating or beating sensation in my left triceps area like a quick heartbeat that lasts for 3–4 seconds. It happens every 1–5 minutes, not continuously. I also rarely feel it in my leg. It started the day after my workout. I do 100 push-ups daily. I drink around 8–13 glasses of water a day. It’s quite annoying and uncomfortable. Could this be due to muscle fatigue or something else?

Hi dr .. legs pain if stand for some time also .. feel weakness all time .. underweight.. can't do things quickly.. something like no energetic.. very emotional.. getting cry..

The inderal 10 mg,ciplar 10 mg normal propanal tablet should be taken once a day or two times a day like if someone taking propanal sustained release tablet 20 mg and want to reduce medicine dose will take half of propanal sustained release tablet or take normal 10 mg propanal tablet once a day

Hello doc, both of palms are always warm or hot , no sweatness, no fever, no burning sensation...while rest of the hand or body are cold or nomal..why is it so? Is it normal...I have searched about it on the internet and it shows palmar erythema and then shows horrible result like cancer, aids associated with this palmar erythema..I'm very scared now...jut small thing i search and it shows horrible result...so i have attached my palm, can you please take a look...also my thyroid profile was normal when i checked 6 months back..the only problem which i have is severe deficiency of vitd and b12 for which I'm taking tablet...please help
