Please suggest me the substitute of Lipaglyn 4 tablet . Is there any substitute for Lipaglyn 4 in Jan Aushadhi. What drug in Jan Aushadhi is substitute for Lipaglyn 4 ?

I recently got chest pain and it's mild, but my pain continued to arms and back. So i went to cardiologist ECG and 2D echo tests were done, reports came out that my heart is perfectly alright. I also have gas issues so doctor told me it would be because of gas and gave me some tabs and I'm using it but I'm not feeling any pain in the abdomen or bloating like that but i burp more than average. Sometimes i feel pain at my legs and hands and it fades away and again at chest or back some where or the other but not face and abdomen. I guess this might not be because of only gas. Is it any muscle spasm or nerve? I'm not experiencing any severe pain it's just a mild uncomfortable pain. What should i do?

Have extremely high TSH level but under control T3 & T4and have been advised to start Thyronorm 75 mcg. Is this the correct dosage for such a high level of TSH ?

The first time a cat scratched me, I took the full vaccine course along with TT on 18 March 2024. Next time, after another scratch, I again took 2 booster doses on 11 January 2025. After that, once more in May, when I was scratched, I again took 2 booster doses on 23 May 2025. Now, on 16 August 2025, the cat has scratched me again. From 23 May to 16 August, it has been 86 days. Do I need to take the vaccine again? There was no visible blood with the naked eye — I couldn’t tell if blood had actually come out. But the cat is not vaccinated. I am applying Neosporin antibiotic ointment on the area where the cat scratched me.

I usually do light exercise but i know if do some intense fast exercise it usually goes above 200 bpm but so I do light exercise for 2-3 minutes continuously and feel no symptoms at all and not measure pulse rate also means pulse rate is less than 200 bpm because one day randomly i have check through oximeter after one minute of light exercise it show 180 bpm and i have doubt like i continue 2-3 minutes without stopping does than my pulse rate goes above 250 bpm or not as feel not any symptoms if it happens for one month if pulse goes to 250 -300 bpm does have it cause cardiomyopathy or not

One month back holter done  in July first week which is normal show 6 pvc  before holter 4 months ago echo was also normal in March has been done and now in August since 20 days I have done exercise which i observe that 2-3 minutes exercise pulse rate reach 250-300 bpm than immediate comes down if it happens for 25 days and no symptoms at all does this high pulse rate has caused hypertrophy cardiomyopathy or not and if we do  resting ECG which comes normal means no hypertrophy cardiomyopathy form due High pulse rate which happens during exercise

My had has disbetes since 18 yrs and cirrhosis since 7yrs ultrasound done it shows 2-3mm tiny nodules which I read it's very small I read online do mri it's enchancement they're just 2-3mm how this can be issue doc said it's harmless I'm confused ultrasound attached

Diarrhea. What medicine to give him to treat him. He is suffering from last one week kindly guide us
