My daughter is 13 yrs old she has been a healthy child since birth at the age of 6year her height was approx4ft.She has lack of focus on almost everything.once we get her blood test done in which her B12 and iron was low.then we gave her mdcns under doctor's prescription.later we made another test done in which only iron deficiency.she had her 1st period @age of 10.her skin and scalp is very dry dandruff and hair fall issue.memorising power is low.what should i do for her?

Hi, Since last 5-6 months i have a feeling of nausea which comes and goes..Before it used to be in a month once or twice now the tendency has increased..This appears more when i eat food from streets or outside..I have feeling of bloated stomach. Lupus patient since 19 hours. No organ involvement till now. On HCQ 200 once daily Routine tests like esr , crp, c3, c4, creating, ast alt all normal. No protein in urine. Results always normal but anti dsdna earlier was 263. Then  last three times it got reduced and became negative to even 30. More than 100 is shown as positive Now again it is positive, increased to 144 Then after three minutes again 192 All blood work normal and rheumatologist said as long as blood tests normal, HCQ is enough. I am just worried as ds dna high indicates disease activity right? Will i need steroids. Really worried. I will consult my rheumatologist soon but Hoping to get suggestions.

Hello. I was vaccinated earlier this year, received 4 doses of anti-rabies vaccine and last dose was on June 5th. In September I got two booster doses (25, 28). Now, on 24 October I had another exposure. A stray dog possibly scratched me but I haven't seen him since. That was the first and last time I saw the dog. Should I take 2 more boosters to be safe as according to CDC every new exposure requires new booster?
