My mother is 65 and suffering from piles and swelling because of it. Please suggest medicine for her

It is for the son. Since last five days his fever has gone max 101.4and have given him crocin after that two times in five days only. Cough, sore throat and body ache were there first two days only. Now fever is less than 99 today. I have given him papaya leaves and Amala garlic juices. What should we check. CBC report conducted on 7th and 10th September enclosed. Please check special reference to WBC Platelet count and remarks by pathologist regarding platelet count. Hello doc, 4 moth ago, i went to doc for chest pain and palpitation issue..I got xray and ecg done  ..xray report was normal and ecg was showing sinus tachycardia with hr 121 bpm. is this normal or anything serious? I'm also attaching the report..i also did thyroid profile test..my thyroid profile was normal..but blood test report shows very low vit d (4) and also low b12..so doc give me vit d tablets and some other calcium protein tablets and doesn't show any concern regarding my ecg report and said palpitation is mainly because of vit d deficiency and my anxiety( I have severe health anxiety)  after taking medicine, my palpitation and pain are gone..but i still have concern regarding my ecg report as I have severe health anxiety, I am scared of disease and after google I take a lot of stress even after doctor say it's all fine..so can you please tell me that my reports are normal?

I have been having issues since 10-13 days of sore mouth, white and red tongue, dryness inside mouth. also feel inside mouth have burstness and crackness but not ulcers. in throat sometimes feel little pain. today observe one  tiny red spot in tongue also. please help what is this actually. also I m feeling weakness in body and low motivation. please sugegst
