Flu

I have itching near my anus, but there are no pimples, fissures, or piles. It just feels itchy sometimes at the bottom. I’m using Hydrocortisone 1g cream it helps a bit but not permanently. Please suggest something.

Cold and cough, fever from the past one week . Fever subsides after medication but temp raises after the time elapses. Today she is having chills along with temp , cold n cough. Was taking Dolo 650 and levocit M for the first few days along with kufril syrup. Started taking  moxikind 625, meftal 500, montec LC since yesterday evening..Situation. Remains status quo.. Please advise for further step.

Hello doctor, From Thursday I am suffering from fever I was dehydrated on Thursday my bp went down to 80 mmhg my temperature was 103° . Next day i went to other doctor he prescribed me fever tablets for 5 days if temperature not subsided he advised me to use antibiotics cefi o for 3 days I have used paracetamol for 1 day temperature was around 100 , I lost my appetite, I felt nauseous, vomiting like sensation occurred. On Sunday I started using antibiotics and i have diarrhea from morning. Can i take sporlac without doctor prescription and in what dose? What might be the reason for this fever and weakness No other issues like cough and cold. Slight body pains. No other medications are been used and no underlying health conditions.

HELLO I drank petrol doing siphon and I felt it till my neck  around yesterday 1am had bitter taste and blurry vision for 1 hour then it was okay and then I ate half chapati and slept and woke up in the morning with no serious symptoms I am only having fear that it doesn't reaches my lungs what precautions should I take or is it fine and okay to celebrate diwali for me

I underwent a coronary angiogram to rule out stable angina.. I requested mild sedation due to anxiety, but it wasn’t given. My radial artery was very thin, requiring multiple puncture attempts, which caused discomfort. My heart rate rose from 84 to 110, and during contrast injection, a warm uneasy sensation triggered panic, raising it to 130–135. I asked to stop, but the procedure was completed somehow in 3-4 minutes.. I have been feeling embarrassed and upset about what happened in the Cath Lab. I’m finding it hard to fully appreciate my results and would like to know whether this elevated heart rate could have affected the accuracy of the results. I’ve attached the angiogram report for your review.

Then Second Prescription after 5 days - Rafixmin, Doxynec, Lee Dott & Lee Biotic. Next two days of pure water in motion. Third prescription - Loperamide, Ofloxacin & Lee Biotic. Watery Loose motion for 2-3 days. On Oct 15 I stopped all medicines. A few tests done some highlights are: Hb1Ac: 6.6 EGA: 142.8 Stool Occult - Positive Stool R/M - Normal Stool Culture - Normal C-Reactive Protein - 48 ESR - 28 Blood In Urine RBC - 2.6 (Urine) Hb - 15.5 Urea - 6 BUN - 12 BUN/Creatine Ratio - 6.5 Current Symptoms: 2-4 Stools Mushy or Soft Blob, Back Pain sometime, Pin Point pain on left side below ribs. Little Bit Dry Mouth and Bloating. I also have Kidney Stone of 3.1 mm in Left Kidney and 2.4 mm in Right Kidney. I have increased Salad, Veggie and Dal Intake and reduced Roti and Rice. Please Suggest.

Hi iam 29 year female unmarried. From last 3-4 months I see a sever hair loss with itchy scalp, pattern hair loss. MY PERIOD is also not lasting more than 2 days, and period blood is brown and sometimes it's very light colour/water. I was taken few test like Lipid profile, TSH,T3 in the month of June and TSH value is 7.0. Do I need to retake the test?along with that should I take any other harmonal tests? Should I use throxin medicine? Please suggest.
