Hi , From past 2 month my groin becomes so itchy in one side. I have attached the photos. It becomes so itchy. What is the resson for this? As i have tried on fungal cream but to be very clear i was not so regular. I have attached. also that area becomes more black. Is this something i need to worry?

I woke up at night 2 to 3 am . I have been taking triptomer for the last 1.5 years but later I came to know I am suffering from deibetise .so I consult some other  doctors he stop triptomer and feel distrub sleep although my sugar remains 100before fasting and 150after food but problem constipation and sleep disturbances remains as it.kindly suggested some remedy.

Query for Practo: Hello Doctor, I noticed a small single red dot/spot on my leg about 18 hours ago. It looks like a round red mark, not a line or cut, and I did not feel any pain or scratch when it appeared. I was in a crowd, and I am not sure if it could be from a dog or cat, but I don’t recall any scratch or bite. My questions are: Does this look like a dog/cat bite or scratch, or more like an insect bite/skin irritation? If there is no visible skin break or bleeding, is there any risk of rabies? In such cases, is rabies vaccination required, or can I just observe the spot? Should I take any further precautions like tetanus vaccine or antiseptic care? Thank you.

I've been coughing continuously for almost a month now, I had finished 2 bottles of cough syrup, had taken ayurvedic medicine but nothing helps, I don't notice any other symptoms besides sometimes cold. Should I be concerned? And get diagnosed or it would go on its own.
