Can I have 198 fasting sugar with out any type of symptoms in body please suggest I don't have any type of problem in body

Iam 34 yrs old 4days back got cold, cough and fever after 2 days fever is gone but nose is blocked and soar throat is there and  one day i coughed hard after that my throat got irritating and after that day early morning red clour like blood is coming while coughing (3 or 4 time)after that full day blood is not coming only cough from past 2 days and unable to talk properly because of soar throat

If you are awake will you feel bat bite, also if you are awake can you miss a bat bite, I was washing my hand on the ground floor in darkness when something bit my neck it felt like mosquito but what if it was a bat which was unnoticeable. Does a bat always makes noise. I turned on the light after it but i did not see any bat, can it be a bat. PLEASE HELP ME I have shared my neck image. Can a bat bite without me noticing like without making noise, and does bat bite hurt a lot, is it different from mosquito bites.

My mother is under BP diabetes medication for a long time. She frequently has headaches, leg pain and pain in gand fingers. Test reports are also not good where ESR and some other parameters are not showing good results. What action should I take further because I am very much concerned about her medical condition. I am worried about future medical complications.

Hello Sir and Ma'am, I am taking Escitalopram 10 mg and Quetiapine 50 mg bed time for Anxiety, depression, low mood, hallucinations, low interests multiple mental health issues. Initially Quitipin was helping with sleep (On it for 2 months ). Recently after taking it slight sedation then extremely tough to sleep. Pls let me some meds for sleep  as well uncontrolled restlessness as well as panic  and the duration of intake.Can I take Zolfresh 10 SOS. Pls guide.

I recently got my whole body check up done. Most of parameters like LFT, KFT, Cholestrol , Urine Profile was perfect however reports showed B12 and Vitamin D deficiency B12 is 138pg/ml and Vitamin D is 50.97 nmol/L I am a Software enginner by profession and a pure vegetarian. I do regular yoga and sports activities. Symptoms wise I feel some numbness in hands and foot soles some times and pinning/tingling sensation in head some times. I am not on any medications currently. I was suggested to take Metilda Forte 1500 tablet once daily. What should be the treatment plan ??
