Headache can be due to stress, hormonal changes, anxiety. Just take tab tramadol 50mg one every 8hours for headache, for 2 to 3 days. Get eyes checked up, c.t. scan head to exclude any physical curable problem.

Headache is likely due to stress, PMS, heat, and acidity. One-day period delay can happen with stress.
Next Steps
Rest well, stay hydrated, avoid sun, and take paracetamol if needed. Please consult me for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Based on what you described, your headache is most likely multifactorial: ✔ PMS-related hormonal headache • Estrogen fluctuations before periods • Period delayed by 1 day → hormones still fluctuating • Frontal headache is common in PMS ✔ Stress headache (Tension-type) Wedding planning stress + mental load Forehead pain strongly suggests tension headache ✔ Heat + Dehydration Very sunny, hot climate Heat triggers: • Frontal heaviness • Mild dehydration headache ✔ Hyperacidity contribution Acidity can: • Trigger headaches • Increase forehead heaviness • Worsen during PMS This does not sound like migraine unless you have: • Nausea • Light sensitivity • One-sided throbbing pain From your description, this appears to be stress + PMS + heat related tension headache.
Next Steps
Immediate relief: • Drink 500 ml water with a pinch of salt + little sugar (oral rehydration style) • Move to cool, dim environment • Cold compress on forehead for 10–15 minutes • Gentle neck stretching Medication (if needed): • Paracetamol 500–650 mg OR • Ibuprofen 400 mg (only after food; avoid if acidity severe) If acidity is active: • Take your usual antacid / PPI before meals. Sleep: Even 30–45 minutes rest in a dark room helps significantly.
Health Tips
Since you are in PMS + stress phase: • Increase hydration (3 liters daily in heat) • Avoid skipping meals • Reduce caffeine • Magnesium supplement (250–400 mg at night) may reduce PMS headaches • Maintain sleep schedule • Practice slow breathing exercises (reduces tension-type headache) Your period being 1 day late during stress is very common. Stress delays ovulation and menstruation slightly. ⸻ When to See Doctor Urgently: • Sudden worst headache of life • Vomiting • Visual disturbance • Neck stiffness • Persistent headache >3–4 days Right now, this appears benign and reversible. If these headaches are recurring every cycle before periods, we can plan a PMS-specific strategy to prevent them next month — consider a consultation so we can personalise management and prevent recurrence.

Dear Patient, Your headache is most likely due to stress, PMS (pre-menstrual phase), heat exposure, and acidity, which commonly trigger tension-type headaches, especially in the forehead region. A period delay of 1–2 days can occur during stress and is usually not a concern. What you can do: ✔ Stay well hydrated and avoid heat exposure ✔ Eat meals on time and limit tea/coffee on an empty stomach ✔ Rest in a cool, dark environment ✔ Apply a cold compress on the forehead Medicines if needed: _ Paracetamol 500 mg for pain relief (after food- - Antacid such as pantoprazole or any acidity medicine if burning or reflux is present - If headache is frequent, magnesium or vitamin B-complex supplements may help Consult a doctor if: - Headache is severe or different from usual - Associated vomiting, vision problems, or dizziness - Headache persists for several days - Repeated delay in periods or hormonal concerns - No relief with simple measures Headaches usually improve once the period starts and stress settles. For further guidance or personalized treatment, you can consult me online anytime.
