Frequent headaches
I have been headaches quite frequently in the past one month. And it's mainly in the forehead n front region of the head to the eye sockets. And it just does not go until I eat a painkiller. I thought it might be due to sleep but I have been sleeping for good 7/8 hours and in the morning I wake up with this headache. Please help.

Firstly get your eyesight, intraocular pressure and fundus  checked..if refractive error found..use spects constantly at all times..even if it doesnt go..go for CT scan head plus both orbits to find out the cause

If you are having the headache even after rest , it could be due to eye sight or due to stress . Get your sight tested by an ophthalmologist. If having stress address those problems. Drink plenty of water and do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily. Take easily digestible food.
