I have been headaches quite frequently in the past one month. And it's mainly in the forehead n front region of the head to the eye sockets. And it just does not go until I eat a painkiller.
I thought it might be due to sleep but I have been sleeping for good 7/8 hours and in the morning I wake up with this headache.
Please help.

If you are having the headache even after rest , it could be due to eye sight or due to stress .
Get your sight tested by an ophthalmologist. If having stress address those problems.
Drink plenty of water and do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily. Take easily digestible food.
