Four months back one one minute i have chest pain  than I did my lipoprotein a and b is normal, lipid profile normal, hscrp normal means no major blockage in heart and no pain after that till four months does it means that no 90 percent blockage in heart and why that chest pain

After exposure then at 2nd day both legs back side pain and at 4th day mild burning feel at penis head and skin feel I am taking painkiller tablet and citrazine from 2 days Legs both back side pain solved Mild burning penis head feel sometime liitle bit and I apply coconut oil at penis head sometime Its related to infection or sti or hiv?? Please tell me now what to do? Before sex i also eaten 2 days - 1 tablet each day - Tada Tablet 2 days sex done for 30 minutes each time
