Flu

After having dinner on Janmastami, I slept and the next morning I had vomiting. I only consumed nimbu paani and ors and later I had oats and little khichdi. I was quite better on Monday. I ate normal food in Monday (home cooked) but on Tuesday I had loose motions. My stool was watery. Then I consulted a doctor in my office she gave me one tablet for loose motions and one for gas and acidity. Then today I am feeling much better where my frequency to pass stool is also around 2-3 times but my stool is semi solid only and I am quite tensed about it

My gfr is 124.86 and esr is 80 is this any major issue. My platelet count is showing as thrombocytosis and sugar n cholesterol is also high.

Since yesterday evening, I am experiencing the following: • No hunger at all (only had breakfast today, couldn’t eat lunch, felt like fullness after a few bites) • Constant feeling of fullness/heaviness in the lower abdomen, like gas is trapped • Sharp, pricking pain in the lower abdomen • Occasional tingling-type pain, sometimes in the fingers and sometimes in the lower abdomen • Bloating and excessive gas • Dry mouth • Yesterday evening, after drinking tea, I developed a burning pain in the stomach followed by vomiting Kindly advise on possible cause and treatment.

Two days ago I Received tetanus shot and had reaction results in blisters on shot site but no fever and no dizziness What should I Do?

Hi mother has thyroid from past many years just did blood test found out thyroid is still high and ESR is 80. From past few weeks she is having Paronychia in her right index finger and itchiness in other index finger . Could you please suggest what needs to be don't she have 50mg thyroid medication. My mother is having high BP from 3 days .. on day 1 it was 200/95 and on day 2 and 3 it is 150/80 or 160/85 without medicine... and now in night it is coming 150/85 so should I take BP medicine now?? I was prescribed cilacar 10 around a year back so can I have it now??
