For last 6 days I am bleeding while passing stool, with sharp pain near anus region. I have problem even while sitting or standing, Even in night I keep changing my sides to find a comfortable position.

My height is not increasing . Can you plz suggest some solution. And Is my weight correct according to my height ?

I had COVID in 2020. After that, I started having breathing problems. I go to a government hospital regularly. My IgE is very high – around 7000 IU/mL. Before COVID, I never had any breathing issues. My PFT results have been decreasing over time, from 110% to now 85%. Recently, I tested myself privately for ABPA (Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis), and the result was 4.68 kU/L (positive according to the lab), but the pulmonologist did not recommend antifungal treatment. He only gave LABA + Budesonide inhalers. Now, I am planning to consult an MD Internal Medicine doctor or a DM Infectious Disease super specialist. Which one should I meet – MD Internal Medicine or DM Super Specialist in Infection? Do they understand PFT reports well? In your opinion, should I start antifungal treatment for ABPA? I am looking for multiple expert opinions. Please guide me.

Why I always feel tired all the day, doesn't matter when I sleep, how much I sleep, my body is always in fatigue, i'll explain by today's example :- I sleep at 3:30am at night, I woke up at 10am then mai kuch kam se bahar gyi 30 min walk krkr, fir ghar aake I bathed and  after 2 hours I have my lunch ... Abhi tk ek bar bhi I didn't feel refreshed , after eating I sleep again for 1.5 hour, and still my body is very very tired... I m feeling little body pain and headache,...if I sleep at 11 pm at night and wake up at 8 am... Still I m in fatigue all the day...and agr khi bahar travel krna pde by walk/ by vehiclee for 1-2 hour or more , then fir to orr jyadaa tej headache and bodypain hoga all the day

T3 & T4 is normal ..TSH is 7.17 (test done in Dec 2024) ..started taking thyronorm 75 mg. Now as I am taking this tablet in early morning I feel sleepy 😴 n I started sleeping everyday for 5 to 6 hrs after taking this medicine . Also I faced hairfall, taken hairbliss tablet for 2 months n problem solved ..now again I m facing this issue..shall I take it again to stop hair fall..I have changed my location ..so not able to connect my previous doctor ..plz suggest

Neighbour kid played with stray kittens and then accidentally scratched me with his nail. My skin peeled n exposed. Should I worry about rabies because he was playing with stray and handling it right before.
