Hello Doctor, Got CBC, CRP, LFT, urine, Widal, Dengue, Typhidot, Malaria tests. WBC low (2.9), Absolute neutrophils/lymphocytes slightly low, CRP mildly high (7.5). Other parameters normal. Symptoms: Weakness, body pain, head heaviness, dizziness (esp. while sitting),low appetite ,mild cough Medicines (3–4 days): Doxycycline 100 mg, Zifi CV 200 mg, Azithromycin 500 mg. Kindly advise further treatment & tests.

I have been experiencing severe gastrointestinal issues such as bloating, acid reflux, and indigestion. I consulted 2?3 gastroenterologists, but my symptoms have not improved. For the past few months, I have also had persistent oral thrush, burning at the back of my tongue, genital itching, and sometimes itching after using the toilet. I suspect that I may have some kind of fungal infection. Could someone please guide me on which tests should be done for a proper diagnosis?

I got blood tests done and it shows low iron levels. I'm taking ferivate xt for the same in the afternoon but I already have gastric issues and it's causing more ig also the stools are black. Is it normal? Ecg for palpitations was fine. Apart from that Lft, Kft and sugar levels are fine. Lack of iron and vit b12 levels it shows. Is taking med okay?

My last period was from 7august to 9 august and this month it is 8 days late. And I took two ipills one on 15th august and another on 16th of August. Since past few days I'm severely bloated and I get lots of clear to slightly white discharge and feel nauseous in the morning and I feel depressed, I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative but I don't know what to do cause my periods always comes before the date and now it's not coming.

Hemoglobin, PCV, RBC is slightly high. Mean platelet volume also slightly high & platelet count slightly low. What to do next.
