I got cough a few weeks ago, i donot consult any doctor. I treated myself as normal cough, but i think it got a little worsen. I feel fullness in my chest area.. What medication should I took?

Had a potential hiv exposure on December 8th. Got on PEP medication at 12 hours post exposure ( TDF + Emitracitabine + Dolutegravir ). I have been wisdom teeth pain and white greyish spot near the wisdom teeth. Also it pains sometimes. I have had wisdom teeth pain before aswell. But on 20th day of PEP i noticed this on my neck on the side of wisdom teeth pain. Is this a lymph node swelling ? Is this a hiv symptom? Can someone help me?

I am 18 I got my regular blood tests done and found out that my tsh level is high 7.99 do I need treatment for this or can I do something on my own in diet to get this to normal kindly suggest. I also have neck pain from 2-3 months on one side and if I touch my throat I can feel a lump is this coz of my elevated tsh

I take rabies vaccine intradermal course for cat scratch in June but i smoke weed 3 times regular every day for anxiety and i have addiction of masturbation regular i did this during vaccine course and after vaccination for months (june,july, August, September,October, November, December) does this reduce vaccine effectiveness should I take vaccine again I'm really worried.. Hi, I feel numbness and tingling in hand and legs for many many years. I can not seat in particular posture for even 15 minutes and tingling starts. I tried gym many times, but I feel dizziness after some exercises. I am vegetarian for 14 years.
