Hello doctor, I always feel like I'm falling and my head is spinning. I have pain in the left ear continuously but checked with ENT, the ear is completely normal. There is stiffness under the feet when I wake up in the morning and gradually reduce with activity. When I don't do any activity, the stiffness persists. Unable to focus on the moving objects. Hollow sound on the head always. BP is 60/100 and unmarried. Could you please let me know what these points to? Thank you.

Having issue of acidity ,prescribed acidity medicine also but issue is even after having acidity tablet, lips becoming dry ..what is the reason and solution.

I got scratched by a stray cat I feed regularly she has scratched me earlier too and I got the vaccine my 5 dose vaccine schedule completed on 16th july and today she scratched me again while playing it was on my finger and didn't bleed very much. I have cleaned it already and washed it with soap. Do I need to get vaccines again?

Hello as per my LMP I am on 7 weeks pregnancy journey.But as per gestational  period it is 6 weeks 1 days.My last tvs ultrasound report shows 5.04 mm CRL , without cardiac activity..kindly let me know if it is normal or I need to think for termination..the tvs usg report is attached here with.
