Hi, Given my lifestyle, daily laptop work; little physical exercise (gym 1-3 days), 6hr sleep only, and little stress and anxiety, which Multivitamin can I take for general health and reducing stress, good for heart also such as CoQ10 etc? Can you name a few? I just take thyronorm, starpressxl25 as daily medicines. Note that diet wise always I cannot maintain the quality hence asking for some supplements.

He said it's a carpenal tunel syndrome.He suggested fr nvc test and ra factor test. Both came negative and he given tablets for 5 daya to reduce pain and swelling. Now it's more than 7 days still swelling is there and increased. ।what shld I do. I had done all blood test and all. All are good Only vitamind d is22 and b12 is 400 range So what would be the reson and plz suggest for this swelling to reduce
