What doseage of vitamin D should i take? And at what time of the day should I take it I don't have any muscle or bone weakness

2 days with fever 105 , cold, cough.then I visited near by hospital he said no dengue use normal paracetamol for few days. Please provide your suggestions and reports attached. Dengue report negative which is not attached due to limitation.

Am experiencing chills at night where I will be selecting outside and chilling from inside.This am experiencing after c section delivery.all my blood tests,urine test,thyroid tests are normal.I recently got all of them as per doctor's advice.It mostly happens during night time and stay for 2 to 3 hours and then it gets better.Have consulted many doctors but unable to rule out the cause

I was using escitalopram oxalate and clonazepam tablets IP (Rexipra Forte 20) from last 3 months. Yesterday I was accidentally hit by vehicle around the leg and thankfully nothing happened but a sligh pain. When visited doctor he prescribed Chymotroy (trypsin - chymotrypsin with paracetamol and aceclofenac) tablets and Xymochek tablets for pain relief . So can I use these tablets while on Rexipra Forte 20?

On 13 January,2024 I have completed 4 doses of Anti rabies vaccine. On 15&22nd May, I took two booster doses. Yesterday a dog ran over my leg, no visible mark of injury or bleeding, for safety doctor recommended to check if there is any mark of injury appeared before the 2nd dose, if it appears then take 4 doses, otherwise take 2 doses of booster. If I took full course again for peace of mind, will it be any problem?

Having recurring fever from 2 days, it comes and goes. Runny nose, half runny half dry condition. Throat is sore, managing it with drinking warm water. Dizzy and fatigued feeling, hunger has reduced from normal levels, but not too much. Please help

I have been suffering from fever since last 5days. Doctor prescribed Taxim O  200 for 3days. I have body pain, weakness as well . Current temperature was 100.8 and took crocin 650.

Since last 5 days i have sweating on my forehead, head and neck only ( my neck feels cold) and not whole body, while sleeping at night. It is not drenching or soaking but damp and sweaty. One night it didn't happen out of 5 nights. It only happens between 1 am to 5 am, and then when i wake up around 4-5 am and then sleep it doesn't happen at all. What could this be as it is not typical drenching night sweats but only forehead, head and neck. I also had sore throat, runny nose and little cough with phlegm week prior before sweating began.

Is there any interaction between Evion LC and Rozuvas cv 10? Should I stop Rozuvas cv 10 while taking Evion L C?
