Am breastfeeding mother am suffering with cold from 2 days can I take monteleukast tab for cold is it effect baby health baby is 4 months old

Hi, doctor I took USG for discomfort in lower abdomen and groin areas , ultrasound report came back as small inguinal lymph node . Is it cause of concerned.  report attached .please advice.

Hello doctors, I hope you are all doing fine. Before a week when I went for a trip I was walking outside at night. At that time I encountered few stray dogs one of the dogs played with me he nibbled my calves. Now I'm afraid whether I should take vaccine or not. I don't have any injury or scrap. Infact that nibble was a playful gesture I didn't even felt the pressure on my calves when it nibbled, I just felt the dogs teeth. My legs were also covered by my pants and I don't see any holes on my pants either. Should I take the vaccine now? Thank you for your time on reading this!

My friend has had a fever for 5 days and today he got tested and positive for typhoid (titre for O 1:320, for H 1:160,) total bilirubin levels 5.7 and platelet levels 23000 please suggest your opinion.Plaease suggest medicine and Diet.

Having fever from last two. Temp around 98 to 99. Thirst isthere. No body pain. No issue in food intake. But always feel like sleepy.

Hello, I have taken b12 injection and d3 injection in the last month for deficiency. Recently on 29th Aug midnight one big rat goes from my left foot (weared the sandal at that time)however no any bite or scratch on it. But from last 2 days I am having burning sensation in my left leg from knee to ankle at different different location on different different time . However sometime it happen in right leg also .from last 2 3 days incident of 29th coming in mind through out the day. Please help me

I got a animal scratch today. Should I take TT injection with rabies. I took TT injection on 25 june 2025 after a cut. I also want to know if its necessary to take TT injection after every cut and how many months is it valid. I have taken all the primary vaccines after birth. Im 25 years old
