Flu

I was licked by a street dog, close to my open wound. Not sure if it was in close proximity or actually on it. I ignored it earlier and didn't take any vaccination. Its almost 12 days now. The dog is completely fine and doesn't look it was rabid one. Even i have no symptoms up till now. Am i at the risk of rabies. Also if i get the vaccine now, will it be effective after 12 days of the incident?

I am having ocd. Doctor has prescribed me voxee 100, rismo ls and clonazepam 0.5 mg. Does this medicines combination have any side effect on liver?
