As per my latest blood test reports my Serum Iron is 48 , this is the first time i have got these low levels. I have B12 & D3 deficiency as well, for that i do take medicines - Neurobion Forte & Uprise D3. Can you please prescribe a medicine for iron deficiency.My Hb is 14 and it has always been at the same levels. Otherwise there is no health issue. I have a 6 year old kid.

However, now she is coughing only in early morning and during evening only without mucus - it's winter and when temperature gets down outside so probably Can we give Fexy - M or Allegra -M continue few more days . please advise Thanks
