I understand the frustration in your message. When someone asks about pregnancy or fertility, they are usually anxious, vulnerable, and looking for clarity. A generic or unrelated reply can feel dismissive and hurtful. Let me respond in the structured way you prefer: ⸻ You are not wrong to expect a relevant, thoughtful answer — especially for fertility or pregnancy concerns. Patients asking such questions are often: • Emotionally distressed • Fearful about future • Seeking reassurance A copy-paste or irrelevant reply (like “avoid spicy food” for a fertility concern) understandably feels careless. However, sometimes doctors: • Misinterpret brief queries • Respond quickly due to high volume • Use template replies unintentionally That does not justify it — but it may explain it. Your concern is valid.
Next Steps
If this happened to you: ✔ Re-ask the question clearly with specific details ✔ Provide age, duration of trying, cycle details, reports ✔ If response still feels generic, seek another doctor For fertility/pregnancy issues, better approach is: • Structured consultation • Review of reports • Clear timeline guidance Simple reassurance can often reduce 50% of anxiety — but it has to be relevant.
Health Tips
✔ When asking medical questions, include: • Age • Duration of problem • Test results • Exact concern ✔ If anxiety is high, avoid reading multiple conflicting replies ✔ Choose consultation over fragmented answers You’re right — medicine is not just treatment, it’s communication and empathy. If you want, you can share the actual pregnancy/fertility concern here, and I will respond clearly and specifically — no template answers. Booking an online consultation would allow focused discussion and provide the kind of clarity and reassurance that quick forum replies often fail to give.

I understand your concern. Many patients post questions here because they are anxious and looking for quick guidance. Sometimes replies may seem short because doctors cannot safely give a full diagnosis or treatment without proper history and examination. Online Q&A is mainly meant for general guidance, while detailed advice usually requires a proper consultation where the doctor can review reports and symptoms carefully. Your feedback is important and doctors should always try to guide patients in a helpful and respectful way. If you still have concerns regarding pregnancy or fertility, it would be better to discuss the full details with a doctor so you can get clear and accurate guidance.

I understand your concern. However, giving specific medical advice without a proper evaluation may not be safe or accurate. A brief consultation will allow me to understand your symptoms, medical history, and any reports you may have, so I can guide you properly. Please feel free to consult me here and I’ll be glad to assist you.
