Two pea kind swell on front foot. It pain slightly negligible when oress hard . It is like this since 7 days. Seems decrease sometime mostly in night and then come to same size?? Is it gali on cyst?? Does galion cyst appears like this??

Seems like an infective cyst.
Get it removed by getting a short surgery done.
A local anaesthesia agent will be injected and you won't feel the pain during surgery at all.
Don't delay and wait for infection to spread.
Take tab. Augmentin 625mg one after lunch, one after dinner for one week.
