Your symptoms-- persistent tiredness, frequent urination, difficulty gaining weight, and excessive hair fall — should not be ignored and need basic evaluation.
Next Steps
I would advise these basic tests: Fasting blood sugar + HbA1c Thyroid profile (TSH, FT4) CBC Serum ferritin Vitamin D Vitamin B12
Health Tips
Do not start random supplements without testing. If you also have symptoms like palpitations, weight loss despite good appetite, tremors(shakiness of hands) or anxiety — thyroid becomes more likely. Once reports are available, treatment can be planned accordingly, please do consult for proper treatment and followup plan

Get cbp, blood sugar, thyroid function tests,  serum vit b12, vit d,  proteins, tests done and share results. For  frequency of urination,  get urine microscopic examination,  blood sugar,  done and share results. For hairfall, increase proteins in your diet, if you have dandruff  treat it by using selsun shampoo for hairwash. To gain weight, take high protein and carbohydrate diet, regular physical exercise will also be helpful.

Nisha, your symptoms are clinically important: • Persistent fatigue • Not gaining weight despite good diet • Frequent urination • Extreme hair fall This combination raises concern for metabolic or hormonal causes, not diet deficiency alone. The most important conditions to rule out:
Next Steps
I strongly recommend doing these tests: ✔ Blood Tests: • Fasting blood sugarHbA1cThyroid profile (TSH, Free T3, Free T4) • CBC • Serum ferritinVitamin B12Vitamin D ✔ Urine Routine Test To check for sugar or infection. Do NOT ignore frequent urination — this is the most clinically significant symptom here. If sugar levels are high, early treatment can prevent long-term complications.
Health Tips
✔ Do not reduce food intake ✔ Avoid excess fruit juices (even healthy juices increase sugar load) ✔ Reduce banana shake if sugar is borderline ✔ Ensure 7–8 hours sleep ✔ Manage stress — hair fall worsens with stress ✔ Avoid over-supplementing without reports Your symptoms are not random — they suggest an internal imbalance that needs structured evaluation. I recommend booking an online consultation once your reports are done so we can interpret them properly and start targeted treatment early rather than guessing and delaying diagnosis.

Dear Patient Based on your symptoms This could be due to Thyroid imbalance (hyper- or hypothyroidism) Blood sugar issues / early diabetes Nutritional deficiencies (iron, B12, protein) Hormonal changes What you should do 1. Blood tests: CBC, Iron profile, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, TSH, fasting blood sugar / HbA1c 2. Keep a log of weight and urination frequency 3. Continue a balanced diet — protein-rich foods, nuts, seeds, milk, eggs, pulses 4. Avoid skipping meals; ensure adequate calories 5. Manage stress and continue mild exercises like yoga Important: Persistent fatigue, hair fall, and frequent urination need evaluation to rule out thyroid or diabetes.
