Please tell me the best B-12 Tablets (methylcobalmin or cyanocobalmin) and Specifically Brand, which will help raise the B-12 Levels in blood test? (Range 300-1000 normal range of B-12) - Specifically I want tablet not injection. And Only the specific tablets and brands that work. As some brands may work better than others. ( My understanding is that not all brands are the same and some are clearly superior to others.)

A few days ago, I noticed that my water intake decreased. For some days after dinner, I experienced dizziness. Today, around 12:00 p.m., I went to the bathroom and noticed that my urine was brown. My daughter suffering from fever comes on regular basis .I go to the doctor and after medication fever gose down but when she going to school After two day fever comes again and again.Now other symtoms like fatigue,headache, body pain and shivering in the morning are common.
