Hello. Yes, Taking antibiotics gives upper abdomen pain/Epigastric pain as it directly irritates gastric lining and increases acid secretion. It is quite common only.
And hope you are aware that bandy plus is used for routine deworming and should be taken as SINGLE DOSE.

Any antibiotic, including bandy plus,can cause epigastric discomfort .
If much, you can take tab pantaprazole 40mg one before Breakfast for 4 to 5 days.

Dear patient Yes, long-term antibiotics and Bandy-Plus (Albendazole + Ivermectin) can cause upper abdominal pain in some people.
Why it happens:
1️⃣ Antibiotics (especially if taken for many days)
Gastritis (stomach lining irritation)
Acidity / burning pain in upper abdomen
Altered gut flora → bloating, discomfort
Rarely liver irritation (depends on drug)
2️⃣ Bandy-Plus
Albendazole can cause:
Epigastric pain
Nausea
Mild liver enzyme elevation
More common if taken on empty stomach

Is the pain burning type or sharp stabbing?
Does it increase after food?
Any vomiting, black stool, fever, jaundice?
⚠️ When to worry:
