I have had lipoma in my abdomen side wall for the last 2-3 years. No change is size and no pain in it. Please guide Is it a serious issue?

My wife was done with annual health check up in routine course, however, in Liver function test, AST (SGOT)/ALT (SGPT) ratio is 1.6 which is above desirable value i.e. <1. However, she is non alcoholic, no discomfort or any other liver related issue, and when I search for remarks in Google it shows severe liver issue of it is 1.6 i.e. cirrhosis etc. Hence please suggest me shall we proceed for any other checks or scan. The below are the other values for your reference sir/madam. AST (SGOT) : 15.9 U/L ALT (SGPT) : 9.89 U/L AST (SGOT)/ALT (SGPT): 1.6 Bilirubin: 0.45; albumin: 4.08, protein :6.09 Except AST (SGOT)/ALT (SGPT) ratio all other are normal only.

I have been experiencing random fever every 2–3 days. I consulted doctors and took the prescribed medicines. Although I recovered initially, the fever started again once I resumed office. Usually, the fever occurs at night. In addition, over the last 2–3 years my voice has changed, and I have experienced nearly 70% hair loss. For the past 10 years, I have been smoking heavily to manage office stress, and my diet has not been good either. To maintain a healthy routine, I started yoga and exercise, but I am still not able to get adequate sleep. As a result, both my days and nights feel unproductive and exhausting.
