Need help with Ear consultation for myself have heavyness for long time which needs to be treated and checked

Hi...my sister has gone through ear surgery and doctor is suggesting BAHA BI300 IMPLANT as the next procedure and he has given me a quotation of 5lakhs. I would like to know if this price is justified coz it is very expensive for me abs insurance company is not ready to cover. Can you also suggest me other alternative. We are a limited income family and we already spent too much money on this treatment. Thank you in advance .

I have throat pain back of the throat right side since 3 months . Visited many ent's and used several antibiotic but no use . Doctors have observed through endoscopy and all .. please help me. Previously it came twice but reduced after using medicines in 2015 and 2018 Thank you.

Hi. I'm a 22 years old software engineer. I'm facing severe pain in throat to swallow anything. I also am having dry cough since 2 days. I've already taken paracetamol and azithromycin 2 doses. I'm also doing salt water gargles. Is there any other medicine I can use?

Antibiotics is must if WBC is high or if infection goes by gargle WBC will become less how to know antibiotics needed or not ?
