Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have consumed cefolac 200 for 5 days but no relief and the throat pain and pain while swallowing continues. Now doctor has prescribed me Azithromycin 250 mg. Is it good medicine ?

My ear is congested due to ear wax and it pains what shall I do.Showed to doctor he suggested paracetamol for pain but congestion is still there how to remove it.

Here attached the thyroid report , pls suggest need to take medicine or not , He is feeling very tired , lean and but food, rest all are seems to be good only Pls suggest

Doctor prescribed sompraz combi kit for cold fever,cough. Is that ok? As i saw it's given for gastrointestinal or peptic ulcer related issues. Please help.

When i gently press around my right earlobe, i can feel air passing , i can hear it , it's almost like the air flow is coming from inside the air to outside. But when I  press the other earlobe , i don't hear the air passing , dont  feel the air flow as much . One side of nose always stays blocked and as i write this right now , it's the same side (nose)  as the ear i feel the air in, the right one. What can be the problem/ any suggestions to remedy this if it requires so.

I have cough problem only from last 1 month, I tried some home remedies but it didn't work so please suggest what to do ?

On 31st January, i had severe virtigo attack. I visited Medanta hospital and there I was diagnosed BPPV and they did Epley Manoure which reduced my dizziness. They also advised Zervert 8 mg twice a day. I was still getting dizziness, so i again did free follow up consultation next day. There one more Epley manoure was done. Now i am not getting severe virtigo problem. But still getting little dizziness while walking. My questions are: Question1: How many Epley Manoure are required to completely get rid of BPPV? Question 2: Is there any side effect of Zevert 8 mg if i continue it for long time. I am also suffering with Grave hyperthyroid and Atrial fibrillation and taking a lot of bp, thyroid, blood thinner. Question 3 : I am getting tinnitus sound continuously since 31st. How to get rid of sound. Kindly answer all 3 questions

I have continuous spit at throat , no cold cough no pain . Repeatedly  clear throat , problem aggravate after meal , consulted ENT specialist , he suggested Mucain gel & Pan D for 15 days . Got relief for some days but problem has started again , what medicine should I take ? Please guide
