Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have block nose due to allergic rhinitis. Can i take bilasure 20 for block nose Or furamist nasal spray ?

I have severe TMJ problem pain in ears ,jaw pain with all the other symptoms now I got swelling under ear lobes both the sides . Can this swelling be related with TMJ .plz advice

Frequently(once in month) , I suffered from throat infection. If ignored for few days, cough starts. Symptoms :Reddiash throat from inside. Pain while eating food, fever sometimes. After antibiotics consumption, I feel better. Please suggest permanent solution to this.

Past 11 months I m facing left outer ear pain  or ache or discomfort while breathing,I feel some air or gas is struck ,and my left cartilage feel harder near tragus and backside too,and same time I have left chest discomfort n rib pain,too,I have allergic rhinitis and left mild dns and nose block,I have been to many ENT but they say ear is fine,pls let me know is it ent related or something else.this happened when I got covid still now no recovery and unable to find exact cause of my ear discomfort!!!

Diagnosed with deviated nasal septum condition by local ENT doctor. Scanning done.I was  facing problem like nose blocking at the time of sleeping and breathing uneasiness. As medicines could not provide much help, surgery suggested by the doctor.What kind of surgery is better option in the present case either laser assisted or endoscopic?Please suggest.

Fluid discharge from ear from last 1week. Using aforementioned ear drops but no improvement.The colour of the fluid is off white and pale yellow . kindly prescribe medicine for the problem

Today I woke up with swollen uvula, it's painful and causing difficulty swallowing. Last night i experienced little fever, took cipla's pcm. Also, i was once woken up by my father in the night due to severe snoring, i didn't realise it then. Now i am facing the problem. I need to travel tomorrow.
