I have this artery right in the middle of my neck, which keeps pulsating throughout. I got ECG and 2d echo done and it's normal. I don't know why it keeps pulsating.

Swelling in Parotid Region
From the last 45 days have swelling in below right ear. 3 course of antibiotic done also got my wisdom tooth extracted.
USG Neck done it says ' an enlarged intraparotid node with lobulated border and maintained fatty hilum'.
FNAB also don reports awaited.
Pls let me know is this something to worry about.
