Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear got blocked a few hours ago. It's not opening at all. I feel so uncomfortable. And my head feels heavy. How should I open my ear? I tried ear buds, but they are of no use.

My nephew diagnosed with 40% hearing loss from both ears and advised hearing aid. My concern is which machine should i go with and what about ALIMCO BTE machines. Can i go for that, budget is an issue so please suggest with what i dont have to compromise with quality in budget and dont have to compromise with the confidence of kid too I attached the report.

Sir my father aged 62, diabetic, have thyroid nodule in neck from any years. Done with fnac test, it shows nodule goitre, lymphocytes. Pls check the reports nd suggest what can be done sir thank you

My left ear is getting blocked frequently with wax. I used to visit ENT once a year in the past to get my ears cleaned. Now the ear is getting blocked in less than 3 months. I don't use ear buds - what are possible reasons for the increase in wax production in my ear. Please suggest

My father has has runny nose for years now... More than 15 years.. we got his test results a few days back and it shows eosinophils at 23... We need advice on how to control it naturally... I went to an office picnic yesterday where out of the blue someone began screaming on the michrophone and unfortunately being seated infront of the speakers, the sharp sound hit my left ear pretty hard. Presently my left ear is a bit painful and it is throbbing while talking loudly and so is my temple. Further, the same ear feels kind of heavy and less receptive to sound. I am suffering from increased TSH level which is approx 9 ... (8.75) and I have never taken medicatio... I literally took hemopathy medicine but it dint work for me ... Whenever I sleep, saliva gets accumulated in my mouth that causes me early wake up and it spills on the pillow as well. The problem is from 6-7 years.
