CT PNS please suggest medicines
From past 9 months I have to spit post nasal drip like mucus almost every morning and daily I have sore throat and have to clear my throat every time.. From 6 months I feel like I have blocked nose in both nostrils like sometimes.. Not symptoms of allergic rhinitis... Kindly suggest some medicines for sinusitis please

Just a CT scan is not enough to get a complete clinical picture. U need to undergo a physical examination and Endoscopy.Whatever treatment given otherwise is bound to be incomplete. I suggest u get worked up properly.  And it is important to see the CT scan film also. Cannot totally rly on the report.

Your post nasal drip is due to deviated nasal septum. Take antibiotics and antihistamine tabs. Visit a ent surgeon for endoscopy
