Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I try to remove the temper glass..accidentally...salt like dusted glass particles went in my mouth..what to do now?..

I've been having wheezing cough for a few days and can feel a lot of phlegm. Feeling overly lethargic and not feeling like eating the things I love as well.

My got throat infection . Little toung is hanging .unable to swallow. Paining . Please suggest medication

From last 10days iam suffering with neck pain(back) n slight dizziness.. just my observation "i have observed that if i do some exercises with hand movements then this pain started in neck area"..can i know which doctor i should consult ENT or Neurologist.. Thankyou

Sir since 7 months my right nostril is blocked and i cant breathe through it. I have been using fluticasone and azelastine nasal spray since 2 months with very little relief till now. I have also been taking levocetrizine and montelukast tablets since 15 days but the condition has not improved that much. I have attatched my ct scan film and reports show turbinate hypertrophy please guide me.

Sir, My wife has enlarged lymph node on hairline of neck. It is very small and cannot be seen from outside unless we press the neck and we feel it. It has been more than 2 weeks now but it did not go away. It enlarged when she had soar throat. She also had skin rash due to exposure to sun light around neck. We also consulted dermatologist  and then she started using skin cream and fluconazole 150mg as she has fungal infection. Skin rash reduced completely after using skin cream.

My mother also suffering from tinnitus from last 10 days does tinnitus goes away after operation of adenoid or not.

A week back, I had a severe head ache while sleeping. Morning when I woke up, my head was very heavy with head ache and to any side I turn, I was experiencing spinning sensation for few seconds. I took calpol and got better. After that, I am experiencing spinning occasionally when I bend my head down. But, having that feeling daily when I lie in bed for few seconds and turn my head to other side when sleeping. I can feel flum in my throat and I am swallowing it every time. Is this Sinus or Vertigo? Can this go away on its own? I didn't sleep well last week as we shifted home. Does this go away if I take rest? Two weeks back, I did a complete master health check up and everything is normal. I am doing eye exercises to see if this would reduce. Pls suggest doctor.

I have common cold.it is reduced.but still i have clogged ears.can you suggest general medicine for ear blockage.
