Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter 3 and half years old. She is having adenoids of 1.3cms. doctor prescribed Allegra spray and odiment. We are giving her for the past 15 days. Cold has reduced but at times while sleeping she coughs. She got sudden fever today. Does adenoids cause sudden fever? When will the cough reduce?

My son is 5 year old. He got severe cough and cold with phlegm due to which he suddenly got ear pain. After visiting the doctor he said it's throat infection and suggested ostogesic ear drops and antibiotic for 5 days. The course is completed but my son is unable to hear slow sounds. Is this temporary, pls guide. He is also complaining about some sounds in his right ear.

My father is a heart patient with stunt. He has got one ear deaf before 35 years. Recently he had puss coming out in the same ear. Endoscopic done & it shows two holes in the ear. CT scan says "possibility of left post operative status with recurrent CSOM, granulation (?Cholesteatoma) with rare function of assicular chain & tegment tympani plate should be considered" Doctor advised for laparoscopical surgery. He says nose inner bones are bent and there is no enough air that passes through nose to ear and the ear is not getting enough air. Another impression says " possibility of allergic rhino-sinusitis with DNS with septal spur towards right side should be considered " Doctor also there is a cyst of water that corroded the bone that is connecting the ear and the brain and as of now the westerly fluid is not affect the brain but this is a serious condition to treat asap. Since he is taking stunt tablets he is asking to stop aspirin kinds of for one week before he operates.

I have gas problem from 15 days and sore throat from 1 week I'm having sore throat and neck pain pls check the photo

It's been 10 days there is a burning sensation and pain at end of the mouth that meets the nose (not at the throat). I have gargle with salt water it does ease the pain but it isn't gone. Now, dry cough started 2 days ago. Any suggestion is appreciated as there is no doctor in the area where I am at.
