Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir/Ma'am, I'm writing this to you behalf of my mother to discuss about the disease she is suffering for. Below you will find a brief on patient's disease- From 02.01.2023 to 20.01.2023, patient was suffering from heavy sore throat, heavy cough, breathlessness, chest pain, lung Infection & heavy mucus in chest and lungs. After several appointments with doctors and after prescribed medication now she is recovering and on 20.01.2023 patient don't have heavy mucus & heavy cough. But still patient has breathlessness, chest pain and her sore throat problem is worsening day by day. For sore throat she can't able to sleep whole night and neither able to speak in normal way. Note: Two year back patient was found with food and dust allergy & right now she is under medication of an allergist. I'm requesting you to please go through all this and please provide some solution. Thanks for your help.

My mother has been suffering from lump above left lobe of thyroid gland.I have done thyroid test,USG and FNAC,that I have attached.Thyroid level is normal.I consulted with a doctor he suggested me to remove thyroid gland.kindly tell me if there any alternative way to treat my mother's problem without surgery .

I snore a lot due to Deviated spectrum, I did endoscopy and got to know that I am having bad deviated spectrum. Doctor suggested for sleep test and based on the results can go for a surgery. But I don't want to take surgery. I want solution without surgery. Can anyone please suggest any anti-snoring devices which can atleast reduce snoring sound. Because of this snoring problem not possible to go any relative houses. People will make fun out of it as no one snores

Hi I am breastfeeding mother with twins of 2.5month. I frequently catch cold and running nose is most likely it stays for 3-4 days. Paracetamol does not work for me. Looking for some long term solution
