Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother 55yrs aged recently undergone surgery FESS Right side+Excision of Septal Mass Right side. After reviewing Biopsy report Doctor told me that my mother is having  Cancer and suggested to do IHC (ImmunoHistoChemistry) test for further understanding of origin and type of cancer she is having. We are awaiting IHC report. I have attached the biopsy + discharge summary report. Kindly review the reports and  suggest me whether she's having cancer or not...What should we do further.. Because of the sudden weather change. I am having severe throat pain while swallowing along with ear pain. But just one side. No stuffy nose or any thing. Sometimes cough. But the throat pain while swallowing is severe. How to treat it?

Good evening Sir/ma'am I am having a problem that is ringing in ear it has been 3 years initially I thought it will be okay it self but it is not, instead of okay it becomes worst I could not focus, it is ringing 24×7 i consult a doctor and the doctor homology test has been done and I did not get time to go to show the report it has been 11 dai after the test please sir /ma'am do something

Cold and running nose as I had taken fried jeera boiled in water to reduce acidity as I had pain while passing stools.

My self Darshan, I am suffering from Tonsils problem from several years. Around 15 years before i have undergone sinus operation. After that regularly i am getting throat infection. Specially winter season 2 to 3 times in a month throat will be infected. I consulted several ENT doctors. Few said operation and removal of tonsils will help. Few were also suggested tonsils condition are not too bad, i can manage by boosting the immunity. Can I get get few suggestions to avoid regularly infection. Also any medical can boost the immunity.

During common cold of flu 1st symptoms started in throat the throat was feeling scratchy and pain in the throat then after 1or 2 days symptoms further elevated to nose  and cause running nose and watery eyes and cough so i want to ask how to stop further growth of bacteria or viruses in throat itself.  So Which medicine is best for the same please suggest me .

I have got a white thing on my tonsils or soft palate then dentist ka pass gaya una hata diya than went to ent he told this is tonsils infection then gave medicine augmentin 650 and zerodol I took only 3 days he said for 5 days and now again i am feeling chuban type in throat and some white patch in between tonsils hideen type slightly view of white . And its almost 5/6 days medicine chorde What should i do now ? And i am smoker too but smoke less quited before and started again
