Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Cold and dry cough. Sometimes when i coughing and sneezing getting black phlegm. When i coughing phlegm is forming. Throat pain and my voice is changed. Please suggest medications. Thank you

Hi, since the past two days I'm unable to sneeze. I am getting the sensation but it goes away right before I'm about to sneeze. Tried all the ways to induce a sneeze but only getting watery eyes and sneezing sensation but no sneeze. What to do? No health issues.

Doctor prescribed sompraz combi kit for cold fever,cough. Is that ok? As i saw it's given for gastrointestinal or peptic ulcer related issues. Please help.

When i gently press around my right earlobe, i can feel air passing , i can hear it , it's almost like the air flow is coming from inside the air to outside. But when I  press the other earlobe , i don't hear the air passing , dont  feel the air flow as much . One side of nose always stays blocked and as i write this right now , it's the same side (nose)  as the ear i feel the air in, the right one. What can be the problem/ any suggestions to remedy this if it requires so.
